Simulation Driven Design: Process Management

To allow our designers to go beyond a design that is merely adequate towards a design that is optimized, an enormous amount of input and output data, generated by digital technologies CAE and CAD deployed along the tool development process, needs to be managed effectively.
In order to ensure an effective and repeatable tool development process, we implement a lean, accurate and systematic birth-to-death process approach to planning, identifying, controlling and tracking tool configuration from its inception throughout its life.
Almost inevitably, this/our process approach not only supports an optimized design, but by its own power produces additional product benefits, making its contribution to time savings, cost reductions and higher tool performance.
